Carla Sparkler is a sharp medical officer, a wonderful mentor and a strong and resourceful woman. She is a dedicated and serious CMO and also a fierce protector of those under her tutelage.
She also loves to share laughter and good cheer and is a sucker for nearly any animal charity cause. She loves to mentor people and coach them to succeed and grow in their careers, and is always excited to see the big and small animals and enjoy the world in which we live.
Mentoring and coaching today's youth is a passion and conviction that she has had since she was a little girl. She believes that we have a duty to future generations to give them a beautiful world to inherit.
She loves working with individual animal groups to help them have the proper resources they need to achieve their goals.
She is setting up a dedicated scholarship for individuals who are committed to helping animals throughout the United States.
Carla gets great pleasure from Volunteering my time with many medical charities. It brings Carla such joy to be able to help patients in any way she can. She is blessed to also be able to set up the Carla Sparkler Scholarship for the Medical Dermatology Association which will fund medical students and post docs with cutting edge Dermatology research.
The Carla Sparkler mentorship initiative is intended to help students move forward in their careers, and to provide greater opportunities for at risk students.
In order to meet the goals of the mentorship program, the facilitator and training leader have setup a multi-step process that the trainee must follow. This final goal reflects the value placed on learning and skill development by those who seek active employment.
She has driven the foundation of new apprenticeship programs and established relationships with ongoing partners to meet the program goals.
